It’s fun to dress up my girls.  My hubby’s friend dresses his three sons up in the same outfits so it’s easy to spot them especially when they are out where there are large crowds.  My girlfriend also does it with her daughters and her nieces.  Hubs suggested we do that too esp if we make a day trip somewhere, so I’ve been buying them matching outfits lately.  Along with their matching clothes, it’s imperative to have matching hair clips!

So with my fabric scraps and GLUE GUN, I made some quick hair clips that anyone can make.  It’s kinda nice to not have to sew anything for this project!  So if you’re not a sewer, this project is especially for you!  I tried taking pictures Saturday evening to give step by step instructions, but I didn’t take enough and the ones I did take were not the very best quality.  I’m gonna have to redo the pictures again this week and post the tute in a couple days.

Here are some of the clips I made one evening while watching my TIVO’d Masterchef. (Crossing my fingers for Josh!)

*Didn’t treat the ends with heat, so you can see the fabric fraying. To avoid this, all you need is a lighter!

If you have scissors, fabric/felt, glue, and a clip – make some too! Tute to follow shortly.
